he/his I’m a software developer living in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I’ve posted a lot about local politics over on another social media site. I enjoy learning about cities, urbanism, transit, bikes, climate, and various other random topics. Still getting used to this place. Born at 344 ppm.
Something like this should be totally doable. A multi-use path between the holes at Leslie connecting from the tennis/soccer/playground area to Traver Rd., mainly using existing paths. #A2Council

Unleaded #G100UL #aviation fuel is FAA-approved for all piston aircraft engines as of last fall. #A2Council must ask airport management to do what they can to make this new fuel available at #ARB sooner rather than later. Maybe we can’t ban the leaded 100LL, but we should accelerate the transition any way we can. #AnnArbor does not want #lead in our air and soil.

#environment

Yet again, a driver struck a pedestrian in Ann Arbor. This time in front of the Jackson Road entrance to Veterans Memorial Park. Fortunately, this is close to a fire station, and they were able to respond quickly. Hopefully, the victim recovers.

We need to take control of this stroad from MDOT so we can install crosswalks on this stretch, #A2Council. It’s absurd that there are none here. The southern leg of the crotch is nearly a mile without crosswalks.
