I guess I should #a2council this. This is partially why I'm undecided on this year's city elections and partially why I'm lukewarm on the new CLUP.

The filing deadline to run as a partisan #A2Council candidate is less than a month off. Currently, Teesha Montague is running* unopposed for the Democratic nomination in Ward 2, which has not had a contested primary since 2020. Will there be one this year? *Pulled but not yet submitted petitions.

Unanimous. Honestly I don't think it's appropriate to vote against the plan at this point. That's like when Jeff Hayner used to vote against the budget. You negotiate, engage with planning commission, and amend before you get to this point. Voting no at the 1 yard line is not the way. #a2council
