Ok, so, the restaurant I got my frozen soups and other healthy food has been fire damaged and out of commission. As I'm not well enough to prepare melas for myself this was like 60% of my calories and a big thing to lose.

Mostly I need ideas for high density protein meals with lots of veg. I have plenty of snacking grazing options, but need a new plan for access to "meals" that make me full happy and feel safe.

What are folks doing for healthy grab and go meals?

@skeletor Yup, I care about others too. Hate racism shit. Like that time a long time ago where a native person got kicked out of a bar just for trying to use the bathroom. Was an angry confrontation and we left that place and never went there again.

Then hearing about the RCMP taking people outside the city and dropping them more than an hour outside of the city by walking distance, when it was -25c out? That is racism of the highest order, and that was enraging for me.
