At last all four sock from my Siblings, not Quads project are done. I cheated on the fourth and added another color. From left, Furrow, Heather Asbeck; Smackerell, @LouiseTilbrook; Plowlines, Anne Hanson; and Oblique Reflex by Carol Lisle. I still have a lot of yarn left, so I’m going to make some shorty siblings. #Knitting
Sock three of the Siblings, not Quads project is done. It’s the one at right and is Plowlines from Anne Hanson. https://www.yarndatabase.com/design/knitspot/ They’ll look better when they’re blocked, one hopes. #Knitting

Happy Pride, y’all. #Lgbtqia #Knitting #Crochet
My partner’s sister is visiting. She loves sleeping with a hot water bottle at her feet, but her cover was pretty warn. I whipped this up out of some leftover Noro Ito. I’m very pleased with it! #Knitting
I’m going for quads. The third sock in what is now “siblings, not triplets” is the Plowlines sock from Anne Hanson. Yarns are from Canadian dyer Georgian Bay Yarn Co, whom I think has since retired. #Knitting
I started the second sock of my siblings, not twins project. This one will be @LouiseTilbrook’s Smackerel sock in the same two colors as the first, Heather Asbeck’s Furrow.
What if we made the second sock with the same yarn but a completely different pattern? Siblings, not twins, and possibly a way to dodge second sock syndrome. I’m making four socks with two colors, and thinking that I would always be able to find two of the four siblings. #Knitting
I just bought this beautiful slub yarn and mohair set from Flower Hill Fleeces. It’s fingering and lace, respectively, and I don’t have any idea what to make with it. It’s about 450 yards of each. #Knitting thoughts?
