@petko @dalias @GrapheneOS No, please read : https://grapheneos.org/faq#:~:text=Apps%20can%20detect%20that%20they%27re%20being%20run%20on%20GrapheneOS%20via%20the%20privacy%20and%20security%20features%20placing%20further%20restrictions%20on%20them%20and%20hardening%20them%20against%20further%20exploitation.
Just because a service or app detects that GrapheneOS is being used doesn't mean it's failing; this is normal behavior because that's how it currently works

Turns out: everything is ready for the rollout of end-to-end encrypted RCS messaging in France, both on Apple's end and on the carriers’.
The blocker is (*surprise*) the French government, which wants to be able to keep snooping on people's text conversations.

@msb @superball @CoolerPseudonym Using GrapheneOS requires no technical skills, and it is currently the easiest-to-install and easiest-to-use alternative mobile OS.
In fact, GrapheneOS is easier to use than the stock OS, and is much more easier to use than the many AOSP-based versions from OEMs such as OneUI, HarmonyOS etc; because GrapheneOS will never do anything you haven’t decided yourself; there aren't any weird things, and it’s much more cleaner overall, allowing you to customize it however you like. Perhaps the only skill required is knowing how to press a few buttons to install Sandboxed Google Play from the App Store, or Accrescent; Obtainium is also an option.
We've added a JSON API making it easier for services to permit GrapheneOS in addition to Google-certified operating systems:
https://grapheneos.org/attestation.json
https://grapheneos.org/attestation.json.sig
The verifiedBootKeys array lists GrapheneOS key fingerprints to permit via Android hardware attestation.
Why nationalist and patriotic views in technology don't work.
