Supreme Court decides that law professors who study the Commerce Clause deserve to suffer.
I’m feeling a bit salty, so apologies in advance for the salinity of my piece today, but the circumstances really call for it on this Monday morning. Over the weekend, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, recently reelected to her position after a challenge from the far right, made a remarkable statement. She indicated

Windmills are producing: 3442 MW
Solar is producing: 746 MW
So if we do the math, wind + solar = 98.7% of our energy use right now is 100% renewable
