@VolokhC I suspect that is because of the Stored Communications Act. Email that is older than 60 days is exempt. That is why people should abandon Gmail and outlook.com and use encrypted systems like skiff, Tutanota, or protonmail. #gmail #outlook #skiff #tutanota #proton #protonmail #storedcommunicationsact #email #privacy
