Recently I was either too busy to waste any time on social media, or was having very good time and did not want to spoil it by going to social media.

It turns out I'm here only when my life is kind of "meh".

A colleague said, that <the log files I need> are in his $HOME dir, and "you can figure out by names and dates". I hesitated to do `ls ~/<his_login>`. I feel it's like going through someone's drawers.

But I needed those log files, so I did. I still feel bad.

I used to have a lot of ideas about fun programming project to do in my spare time. But as I get older, I tend to have more and more ideas about writing. The old fashioned one, like, you know, novels.

I guess it's hard to become a writer with a day job, family and gazillion of other fun hobbies.

I'm growing a beard. My wife found some beard blogs, shops with beard beauty products and so on and is having too much fun reading “macho” names of the beard oils, beard shampoos etc.

She's laughing so hard I'm afraid she might hurt herself.
