Figured out how to apply any arbitrary SF Symbol to a folder in Tahoe.

xattr -w 'com.apple.icon.folder#S' '{"sym":"camera.viewfinder"}' some/folder/here

It also works with private symbol names!

@jenskutilek @pixelambacht @mark2mark Writing about fonts is difficult, AI or not. But "The ascenders reach high with confidence, while the descenders confidently extend below the baseline." is the best worst writing about fonts I have read.

@triple Specifically for typesetting rules I think the standard ist still Detailtypografie: https://typografie.de/produkt/detailtypografie/ I’d also be interested in hearing alternatives though.
