🏳️🌈🖖🏽The incoming GOP majority is going to try and discredit the work of the Jan. 6 Committee. Remember the courage of honorable conservatives like Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger when the extremists begin their assault. They had nothing to gain by opposing their party and Trump, and everything to lose. But they stood up anyway for the rule of law and for democracy.

Tim SmalleyYesterday was the start of meteorological #winter.
I managed to find some time between client work for a wander in the woods.
There is still a bit of #autumn colour in pockets in this #woodland - it's a bit more advanced than other woods I visit due to it being on top of a hill. Autumn is worryingly late this year.
The thing I love most about this wood is the character of the #branches on these beech #trees when they're bare.
