Indigenous tribes were pushed away from the Colorado River. A new generation is fighting to save it.
As climate change diminishes flows in the Colorado River, regional leaders are negotiating its future and Indigenous people want that to include establishing their full access to the water.
Rutgers contract wins:
- adjunct pay increase to $8331/course
- grad student salary increase 30k➡️40k
- 14% raise for full time profs

Oh nice. Seattle Public Library has created a membership type for "13 to 26 year olds anywhere in the US" to be able to sign out e and audiobooks as a response to those locales banning books...

That’s up 40% from 2021.
Why the spike? Because nothing scares conservatives more than a multi-racial generation of young people who ask critical questions and speak truth to power.
