It may be a little thing but what I also love about drawing etc is the smells. Graphite, colour pencils, crayons, good chinese ink— they smell NICE. Makes the little five min of sketching an extra pleasure I think. #MastoArtist

I still haven’t moved to the Art server but at least I started one of my first working 2024 days with finishing off the X account. (It laid dormant for a long time. I saw Musk had now started following me, hahaha)
Ele Willoughby, PhDFinishing up my next #linocut print for #PrinterSolstice prompt complementary. I realize I actually use complementary colour schemes quite often. Blue and orange is one of my favourites to work with. Thinking of the natural world I knew I could choose say an orange bird in a blue sky or an orange fish in blue water and thus the choice of koi seemed clear.
