Is this behaviour/personanality classed as introvert? (I’m also an introvert)

What’s the distinction between introvert and autism here?

Suck shit allistics. Learn to love the infodumps or gtfo. #maskoff fight me

What’s the story behind Autism Society?

They sent me an email and want to partner with me. Place a massive order for fidgets and use the products as giveaways at one of their upcoming events. Said they would put my logo on materials and give my store media exposure. It’s a legit email.

Don’t know how I feel about it. It could massively help my store, but if Autism Society has a bad history and autistics don’t like them, I’ll just be vilified even more.

So I finished reading „Autism and the Predictive Brain“ by renowned expert Peter Vermeulen. A really great book and finally a coherent view on the entirety of autistic behaviour and experience. His view on hypersensitivity finally makes sense, first time I feel this way about a modell. Every member of the autistic community should read this book! #actuallyautistic #Autism
certainly „becoming more useful“ isn‘t a goal that should be provided to any #actuallyautistic teen. I was honestly shocked to read a sentence like that in a recent book.
Having finished Price‘s book, I wanted to read on and tried „Life Skills for Teens with Autism“ by Godfrey. I only made the introduction until the quote that stuck this time: „With the help of life skills, your teen will be able to recognize their worth, live as independently as possibly, and grow up to be a more contended, useful adult“.
While I can think of many good reasons #actuallyautistic teens should learn to mask - one being to try and avoid traumatizing experiences -
Recently finished reading the book „Unmasking Autism“. A Good read, I‘d recommend it to anyone #actuallyautistic
Lots of autistic people share their view on problems neurodiverse people experience during their lifetimes. The author focuses on inclusion and empowering autistic people and rejects not only ABA (which in my view is a given), but also cognitive behavioral theory. One quote that stuck with me: „Fuck it, let them (the neurotypicals) deal with it“.
