I found a complete collection of TOS at a thrift store for fairly cheap! Just have to figure out how to display them. Guess it's time for a rewatch!

I went to LGBT boardgame night with these faux thigh high cat tights I got from hot topic. I originally put them on to amuse my sister, but I kept them on. I got the most compliments of anything I've ever worn out.

Today's going to be a tiring week, getting ready to move to my new apartment. I've got a lot of packing left to do. On a lighter note, check out my goodwill hauls for my apartment from the other day!

Pulled up in in this parking lot, and there was just birds EVERYWHERE! I opened the door to film it, and was not ready for how loud it was. The video doesn't do justice to just how many birds there were, nor the volume of them.

Just found this at half price books for $7! I've listened to the audio book before, but it's definitely a book that uses the print medium in an interesting way!

Btw, this my walkman I use for listening to tapes, WM-FS191 sports Walkman. It was my mother's, and still works great! I run it off a pair of rechargable AA batteries.

Started the next Star Trek book on tape in my recently acquired collection, Probe. I decided to listen to them chronologically based on when the book takes place. The book takes place immediately after Star Trek IV, and so far focuses on worrying if the probe will come back, and the aftermath of the death of the Romulan Praetor. James Doohan does a wide range of character voices, and watching him voice the other members of the Enterprise is fun!

It was bittersweet seeing the galileo in the episode. I'm a big fan of the TOS Shuttlecraft, and have seen the original full sized prop at Space Center Houston. (It's no longer on display, no idea where it is now). It was sad to see it destroyed, I was hoping they would have to fly it up to the ProtoStar! Would have been happy to see any Enterprise shuttlecraft.
