Hadn’t been able to run since Monday. Allergies got really bad making it hard to breathe. Started allergy meds on Tuesday. Did a sinus rinse (yuck) last night. Managed a decent 3 miles this morning before my stomach turned.

Today I was scheduled for a 6-miler. But a poor night of sleep and me being inside my own head cost me. Couldn’t push the negative away today. But alas, tomorrow is another day. #Running #runnersofmastodon

Went running this morning. Since I have a 5K on the schedule next week, coach has me doing speed work. But I also need to regain my endurance. So I stretched my work into a 5 miler afterwards #Florida #runner
