People often wonder why such a big deal is made about exercise being recommended for #mecfs. I mean, it’s just exercise, right? How bad can it be?

Finished the planned pooling baby blanket, which is made with variegated yarn. I’ve always wanted to do a planned pooling project and glad I did! Not sure I’d make another one though… onto other projects!
I’ve wanted to try planned pooling for ages, and finally gave it a crack! This is a swatch to figure it out, but I’m going to make a baby blanket.
Even for this long time crocheter, the way planned pooling transforms a variegated yarn into an argyle pattern feels like magic! 🧶

#Today I’m grateful for YouTubers.
Like everywhere, there is plenty of trash on YouTube, but I’m so grateful to the people who make instructional and educational videos. I never cease to be amazed at what you can learn on YouTube. No matter what you want to know, there’s always a video! 😍
What are you grateful for today?
This is a perfect description of #ChronicIllness life. A constant juggle.
I’m bedbound, so I don’t have a lot going on in my life. But I use a Google calendar to plan and manage my activities (everything, including showers, go in my calendar) to help me pace and stay within my limits, and squeeze the most out of the meagre energy available each day. #mecfs #Disability #Spoonie

#Today I’m grateful for my turbie twists, microfibre towels that make showers so much easier. Just wrap my hair in the twist and then I can lie down straight away.
