Great MTB Race. The 4th race in the #hotcupmtb series. Situated on the lovely forrest #gribskov north of Copenhagen. A sprinkled finger made for a race on the caustious side. No crazy full gaz stuff.
Friendly and joyful atmosphere enjoying the spirit of cycling. Ended up in the middle of the resultboard.
An OTB has keept me back from riding for two days. Had a minor concussion and needed to rest the brain 24 hours. A finger that dislocated and a splained finger keeps me inside.
Do I learn anything from this? Yes, that I can’t take risks like I did 15 years ago. That being careful exploring new courses, especially the technical features is key.
Crashes is part of the game doe, most often it just hurt the self esteem and maybe causes some bruises. Took a long walk with the dog today.
Went to Denmark and #hedeland MTB trails. Ambitious project in a nice area for all kind of recreation. The canyon was a challange. Dislocated a finger when going above my skills on wet rocks. Also tried the trails at #himmelevskov. That also was nice and had a different character. Appreciated that they kept the trails quite technical even the blue ones. #mtb #crosscountryMTB #roskilde
The finger - popped it back.
Jim Rohn is said to have stated “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
Last couple of days I have done some ordinary Zwift races, almost exclusive racing ladder races last couple of month. Ladder is superhard and even races in teams if five. Our team wins and losses are on an even quota. I seldom finishes on podium positions since my strength is in medium efforts lasting 1-3 minutes.
Doing ordinary races verifies the Rohn principle.
An ordinary life ordinarily lived. Contemporary reflections about our time and where we it is all heading. Love the summer and time off from work, getting the time to twist and turn. Heading to #mastodon and hope to find a socialplattform that is global and democratic.
Love doing posts since forming my opinions in text is great for personal growth and development. Also loves posting one-liners that at least I find somewhat humorous.
