Zwift - Southern Coast Cruise in Watopia
What a pleasant surprise: it's only been three days but it feels like three weeks - and after a day of feeling tired from the weekend (#clt2026), and bad weather, Zwift recommended quite a fancy and fun route, the music app put on nice songs and i kept setting new PRs on the sprints. Oh yeah! π₯

Reached Monthly Training Goals.
Went downstairs to my pain cave before supper and joined Zwift social ride for an hour +. Kept it very low intensity.
Met both running and riding distance goals for March.
IRL Ride/Zwift = 532/500 km
Run = 163.5/150 km
I'm grateful to be healthy at this age and to be able to continue my runs and rides.
