Fran has formally resigned from the Skywatchers Taskforce, saying she is tired of staring at the sky for balloons. Sadly, she doesn’t share my concern for public safety.

Thanks to the diligent work of the Skywatchers Taskforce, there are currently no dangerous balloons flying over our neighborhood. Fran and Helen are watching the skies.
