Really loving how these Italian country loaves turned out. Used a biga starter.

Did sourdough bagels for the first time. Over hydrated the dough, and the resulting stickiness messed with the shaping a bit, but overall proud how they turned out (recipe via Lion's Bread).
Also did sourdough pretzels last week (recipe via Sugar Spun Run), which turned out well
I was leading a remote #Toastmasters meeting when a spider crawled across my monitor.
The fact that my arachnophobic self held it together and did not stop the meeting to scream is probably my greatest victory ever in professionalism and running meetings...
My teenager has a new trick to strike absolute fear into my soul by, just for fun, reminding me how close she is to taking Driver's Ed and getting her Learner's Permit.
