I did some meal prep. Salmon with garlic herb seasoning in the air fryer and steamed Brussels sprouts with a sprinkle of pepper and Italian dressing.
This will be lunch for 3 days this week. I’m really glad I invested in these glass containers. Food stays fresh for several days in the fridge and they’re smaller in size so it keeps my portions consistent.
I don’t need to lose weight but I do need to control my diet for medical reasons.
