Man, I am exposed to SO much less advertising per day now.

No ads in my social or chats, cuz it's #Fediverse.
No ads in my email, cuz I ditched the big corporate "free" providers for a non profit.
No robo calls or txt spam, because i swapped to an #XMPP solution and multi-aliased new phone numbers on a custom #deGoogled ROM (all of which cost less than 1 month of my old cellular bill 🤪 absolutely abhorrent)
Only a handful of ads from tv/streaming because i switched to just #PBS and #Peertube
No ads on my PC, cuz it's #Linux & lots of #FOSS now

So much advertising has just dried right up from my life through consciously and aggressively disengaging from known chronic data resellers.
