Uy! Dentro de los insights de la charla ya está comprobado que las Startups han congelado las contrataciones pero en general las grandes olas de despidos vienen de grandes empresas. La tendencia que empezó en Silicon Valley y ya llegó a Latinoamérica. Y sí: los salarios que están ofreciendo están decreciendo.
En cuanto a las tendencias post-pandemia, se recoge un promedio de 64% de trabajo remoto y de un 21% híbrido.
¿Qué más? Hay una bolsa de trabajo en vivo para el área de ciencia de datos y tecnología. El promedio de salarios a disminuido hasta un 30% respecto a un mes atrás. Complejo escenario.

@ZorzalErrante la verdad es que yo lo hice como experimento y me asombró muchísimo, pero claramente abre una brecha en la seguridad digital (como en un momento se discutió sobre el algoritmo de Tik Tok). Pero felicitaciones a los autores!
