Last call for the #StarWars #TTRPG Campaign where we rewrite the Sequel Trilogy!

Session 0 is tomorrow and completely free (and you will still see some action!) and after that we'll be bi-weekly(-ish) on Saturdays, same time.

The GM's job in any #ttrpg is to be an enabler for everyone at the table (physical, virtual or metaphorical) to have fun. If possible including themselves.

It is NOT to:
- Make cool voices
- Paint miniatures
- Have a kicker music playlist
- Know every single rule by heart
- Build an expansive and coherent world
- Craft an incredibly memorable plotline

These things may help in the goal, but they are NOT the goal.

I'm starting off a weekly #pathfinder 2e Age of Ashes campaign next Wednesday!

We'll kick off with a Session 0 free of charge where we'll go over our Lines and Veils and each player's expectations for the campaign, as well as character creation and if we can squeeze it in end with a nice roleplaying scene to kick everything off!

We'll play on FoundryVTT, but don't worry if you're new to the platform or the system, I'll make sure to ease you into it :)

After a long weekend break, here is Advice #3 for any improv GMs:

Focus on cool moments with a punch for your prep, rather than mapping out what the players will do.

For example, for a Vampire one-shot I ran recently 99% of my prep was simply practicing a quick "cutscene" where as the players were taken to a different location I announced the car in front of them exploded and synced the word "explodes" with a drop in the music I had setup for the scene.

People remember cool moments, not detailed plots. You are a GM, not a writer ;)
