AbjectThe Belt of Venus is a natural occurring phenomenon that presents itself on the opposite side of the horizon of the fully set sun. The upper pink and lower dark blue band ay the horizon happens as the Earth's shadow is cast onto our atmosphere from the sun which is now fully set and lasts through out civil-twilight.
Also, it just looks so #%$&ing pretty.

This weekend I watched the first 6 episodes of Andor… enough to be reminded once again that there’s a reason I don’t watch much (any?) TV :-(
Yes, it’s well written and acted and layered and I love the broader context and stories and messages… but still. Not for me.
There’s this really adorable flower shop in the town I live in, but when I’m in town I keep forgetting it’s there, because the entrance is somewhat hidden behind some tall evergreens… I can’t see the florist for the trees.
It’s nice to see modern technology show up in popular media… for example, the cult classic movie Sneakers from 1992 includes a great example of two actor authentication.
