@M0YNG I don’t think I had an issue when I was briefly on mastodon.social.
@M0YNG Some have been over a couple weeks and still nothing.

@M0YNG Hi there. I have a question. When I post links to my YouTube videos the thumbnail and other info from YT doesn't appear in my post. I also have some easier posts where the thumbnail is blurred out.

Is there an issue or something gong on?

Thanks & 73!

@macgeekgab Almost all amateur radio stuff is done by UTC time (GMT/Zulu). From logging contacts with the date/time stamp to the start/end times for contests & events. Although some prefer to use local time for their own selves. You’d be surprised how many Americans can’t calculate the time between Eastern & Pacific or no idea of the difference between EDT/CDT/MDT/PDT and EST/CST/MST/PST. The only constant is you can’t go back in time.
@k0in Yes. Any activity is great for amateur radio, as long as there’s no negativity. If one isn’t happy with how amateur radio is constantly evolving, maybe it’s time for those folks to sell their radios and let their licenses expire. 73!
