Coaching college students is enormously rewarding. I loved teaching, but coaching puts the student at the helm of their own ship. In sessions, as in class, we work on refining their critical thinking skills, BUT as they apply to their own lives. This is a time for young adults to think intentionally about who they are and what they want, and to gain the tools to make this a life-long practice. It's awesome! (1/2)

My role as coach is to help them develop confidence, agency, and independence by creating space for them to think critically about their own values, goals, and ambitions.
I offer private 1:1 sessions with pricing on a sliding scale and am developing group workshops. Exploratory 1:1 sessions to gather more information before committing are complimentary.

College is a remarkable experience with abundant opportunities for learning and growth; it is also challenging in ways that are often unpredictable and very difficult. Perhaps now more than ever, young adults want and need assistance and encouragement. They also need the space to learn how to make their own decisions.
