Hello everyone #introduction post here- I’m a Professor of Deaf Studies and have long been interested in how deaf people interact with larger society- and vice versa. My current work looks at sign languages in public spaces.
I’ve been involved with international human rights work for over two decades and am currently President of the World Federation of the Deaf.
