That’s because Joe Biden is not “on the left”. Neither was Obama. Or Clinton. Mamdani is. AOC is. Bernie is. The latter three have nearly nothing in common ideologically with the former.

The Democratic party is largely center-right or right wing capitalist. They actively sabotage and sideline their leftist members at every opportunity to serve their capital interests. Interests who also largely back the fascist party in the United States too.
