Bondi otoh made it expressly clear:
US attorney general Pam Bondi said the birthright citizenship question will “most likely” be decided by the supreme court in October but said today’s ruling still “indirectly impacts every case in this country”, which the administration is “thrilled” about.
Let me repeat that for you:
"indirectly impacts EVERY case in this country."
So you tell me why your news is pretty sure this is an (admittedly terrible) immigration issue? The Trumpenreich disagrees.
How about the lib judges?
Justice Sotomayor wrote, 'No right is safe in the new legal regime this court creates.'"
Does that sound like "immigration" to you? Did she say "no migrant is safe in the new legal regime this court creates?"
Jackson notes, 'The court's decision to permit the executive to violate the Constitution with respect to anyone who has not yet sued is an existential threat to the rule of law.'"
Did Jackson say "any migrant?"
Your news is not telling you the truth yo.
@AnarchoNinaWrites
It's surreal how they keep acting like the rules are still in effect.
I hope PBS has sued or is suing or this don't mean shit.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The rest of the world is wondering why the people all seem to just let it happen.

"The rest of the world is wondering why the people all seem to just let it happen."
That's certainly true...while being terrified it might come home.

I am German. I don't wonder - I just have to look at my country's history to know _exactly_what is going on.
In the Third Reich, most judges were willing participants in interpreting the law in whatever way most suited the regime.
The Republicans were smart for targeting the judicial system for infiltration early on. Evil, but smart.
