The MetaText app lets me decide if I want to click “toot” or “post!” I quickly switched it to “post” because I read several complaints about it and I felt very in-charge, but honestly, now I miss tooting. 🤭

@jfouse There is an edit button on Mastodon. You can edit your toots, unlike the birdsite. Unless it is disabled on your instance, you should be able to see three dots (...) right under your toot. Click it and you will see an edit option.
