Gwen Snyder is uncivilM4L is the best and scariest example right now.
They are using the special privileges they get for having successfully reproduced whiteness, and leveraging them in service of extreme fascist goals.
People ignore that they're a hate group because, "moms."
Those women are merely an offshoot of the women of ku klux klan.
I find it is quite unfair that there is not a good (aftercare) or (lifetime program) for people who live with the effects of a traumatic brain injury after a coma. #TBIHealthMatters
There are monthly groups through Brian Injury Association of America, but they're not very accessible. #braininjuries
It seems to me that #Hashtags work better here than on Twitter. I only use Twitter as a comparison because there is nothing else like #Mastodon.
For me, it will be just a matter of getting used
to coming here.

@Sheril I have a good feed. I'm slowly working on making my #Fediverse better.
Most people I already knew on Twitter. I still prefer that platform. My first chat was through mIRC in 1999. It is similar to that. I never used AOL. I'm a techie and can see that you have to be tech minded for this platform, but most educated people are to a degee.
So the #fediverse connects us educated people, not MAGA.
You must be educated to enjoy Twitter. Others don't understand. They're using META products

I tend to include #science & #history in my posts, but I've also created hashtags to keep related posts easily accessible.
For example, #HistoryRemix is a series highlighting diverse pioneers in science & the arts. #SharedPlanet is all about the biodiversity of life on Earth.
The #fediverse is different than other social networks bc we get to build & curate our experience. It's us, not an algorithm. /2
