Around a decade ago I took this selfie before flying out to Brighton, UK.

I was dating this lawyer called P., which I met through twitter. He had visited me 2 times for a long weekend and I was about to visit his home for a week.

It was love at first sight and soon we were madly in love. I have experienced intense love before, but not with this much 'romantic intensity'.

It was over after 3 months and I was left with a 💔

I learned what's vital to me in any connection: COMMUNICATION.

It's amazing how nature, space and a minimum of noise can calm my anxious mind.

Mindfulness also helps to just sit with it, accept it and then it slowly let it fade in background.

Since I'm hardly hungry today, I decided to bake the Bok choy that was still in my fridge.

The tomato plant is growing like mad, however the mini cucumber went into a terminal stage.

I tried CPR to no avail.
