@thedarktangent Hey, I find your question interesting and worthy to attempt a first toot.

One of the things I do when I feel that I am on the verge of a big change in my life is to activate my social support network.
I don't know if this is relevant in the case of a global collapse but If I feel like I need to quit my job and move in another city, I let my family and friends know that a big change is to come and that I will need their support.
