@aby Resting in a dark, quiet room if you can. I use an ice bag when I’m at my worst. Some people say heat helps them (even a hot shower). I put the ice bag on either my face or back or neck. Make sure you’re hydrated and try to eat something if you can. Massage is also a miracle for me when I’m doing really bad (esp. on the neck and shoulders). I hope you get some relief soon!
