#JohnMastodon is proof that things *CAN* go viral here on Mastodon, but the key is that *YOU* are the algorithm. The reason that the John Mastodon meme showed up on other people's timelines is because so many users boosted the posts.

The lesson here is: please don't just favourite something if you really enjoyed it; BOOST it so that other people can enjoy it, too! This is the only reason why I bother to create as large a social graph as I can on Mastodon—to act as an amplifier. You can, too!❤️😉

To me it seems that WotC management seem to have absolutely no understanding how small their own contribution to the flourishing and diverse 5e ecosystem and to my ability to run games is. They have mistaken the product for the community. #dnd #opendnd #pnpde

Auf der Vogelseite versucht mir gerade jemand zu erklären das Wizards den 3rd party markt auslöschen wird, und damit die rollenspielindustrie jenseits von D&D. Also wie schon bei der Einführung von D&D4, und D&D3.5.

Oh, und natürlich Magic...

So every time I quit D&D something breaks. I quit on AD&D 2e, TSR goes down the drain. I quit on 3.5, we get the 4e dabacle. I quit on 5e, we get this new #OGL dung. However, if #Wizards sticks with what we have seen of the 1.1 licence I'll not be coming back to #DnD as long as #Hasbro owns D&D. We do not negociate with bullies.
