The Alliance has recently added a Disease Portal https://www.alliancegenome.org/disease-portal
The top of the page includes links to Models, Genes, and Alleles annotated with Disease Ontology terms. Following any of those links takes you to the relevant section of the DO term report for 'disease' (DO:4).
https://www.alliancegenome.org/ version 9.0.0 is now live. In addition to data refreshes from each of the model organism source databases, we've added some new features and made backend improvements. Details are available in the Alliance Release notes https://www.alliancegenome.org/release-notes
