Yesterday was a good day for inner me. A good lunch conversation over yummy food with an old friend and then a good evening conversation with two other old friends over yummy beer. Needed the connection. Did not need the hangover.
I haven't had much to say lately. Still here. Still moving forward. Hope things going beautifully for you though.

I have come to realization that managing anxiety is more of an issue for me than managing depression. They are deeply intermingled in my brain, but the anxiety is the to emotion driving things right now.
