I train in Brazilian #jiujitsu and take a lot of pride in my work teaching children self defense. They're the #kidsclassheroes and we meet weekly to build confidence and learn how to avoid a fight or finish it if it occurs. It also happens to intersect with my research on skill acquisition. I'm grateful for the insight teaching affords. #purplebeltblues
