Everyone should make sure to call and email their reps, and the governor to ask them to finally be proactive instead of just being reactive to the right wing government.

They need to protect our rights, healthcare, education, and everything else BEFORE Trump tries to mess with it

"The T is turning the corner on some major improvements โ€” subway slow zones expected to be eradicated by the end of the year, speeds on the Blue and Orange Lines faster than before federal intervention, the largest workforce in years โ€” and even advocates who previously hadn't hesitated to criticize the T are now singing its praises."

Does it seem like your T ride is improving? It actually might be | WBUR News

There are financial problems on the horizon that are threatening to undo all that progress and send the T spiraling, unless state officials can agree on some potentially expensive solutions.

Ask Somerville to Remove Parking Minimums, Enact Maximums & Expand Dedicated Bus Lanes

Parking minimums raise housing costs, increase greenhouse gas emissions, and make our streets more dangerous. You can do something about it!

Itโ€™s not just far-right Republicans who undermine democracy. A majority of voters in the Bay State favor progressive policies, but donโ€™t get them. Why not?

Everything Phil Eng said in this interview is incredibly promising. Especially considering Single tracking! Single tracking is super valuable to maintaining the tracks into the future with minimal disruption to riders. Really good stuff here

The most frustrating part of the housing conversation in the US is that many Americans quite literally do not see apartments as real homes. https://twitter.com/gerarddalbon/status/1619769018822578177

I donโ€™t understand why curable blindness is a thing. Why donโ€™t governments step in and help? Even if youโ€™re thinking purely from a financial standpoint itโ€™s hard to see how they donโ€™t roi on taxes from people being able to work again.

When the scaffolding went up, I wasn't too sure how adding 2 more stories would look, but this looks really nice. Amazing how they did it too & the bottom biz's remained open. More of this please...everywhere. We have so many 1-2 low rise buildings that this would be perfect for.
