White folks in the U.S.: I encourage you to sit with the fact that this feeling you're feeling, that you could be gunned down by a cop for no reason without them facing any repercussions, is a feeling that every Black person living in the U.S. for the past 400 years has justifiably felt for their entire lives.
Resolve now that if we make it through with democracy intact, you will actively work toward a world where everyone can be free of that fear.

Trump is now threatening 100% tariffs on Canada if Canada strikes a trade deal with China.

He is now challenging Canadian independence. Trump wants to control who we trade with, what our tax policy is, and our foreign policy. Basically, veto our future.

So we need to continue diversifying away from the US. And that means, yes, damn that tariff threat. Let’s do that trade deal with China.

Oh great... The border patrol (is that the same thing as ICE?) killed the guy because he was armed and they feared for their lives.
Does it mean that it's okay to kill border patrol and ICE officers because they're armed and in front of them one may clearly fear for one's life?
