Can a federal official ever be tried in state court for a state crime?

@Teri_Kanefield By your logic, no federal official can ever be tried in state court for anything. All they have to do is prove they were a federal official.

The prosecutor says, “This crime wasn’t part of their duties.” The official says, “You don’t know if it’s a crime, because there hasn’t been a trial.”
