Not only do I stand by my defense of sweet potato casserole (topped with the toasted mini-marshmallows that seem to infuriate people) I will go even further out on a limb:
Giblets are gross. They seem innocent enough at first, kinda like chicken then mid bite comes the icky taste and the horrible realization: no its not chicken meat its CHICKEN GUTS, ARRRGHH!!!!
