This is especially important for people living in states with a Republican majority.
In 2022, the leading cause of death among children was gun violence.
There were no deaths involving a child reading a book.
There were no deaths because a child went to a drag show. (The greatest risk there, is a Christian showing up with a gun.)
Take a look at your children and ask if sacrificing their lives is really worth it, just to own the libs.
If your elected leaders are more concerned with limiting what your child can read or drag queens, than they are about your children reaching adulthood, you elected a very bad person.

@richpav I’ve been in Vietnam and Thailand since the end of December and people are shocked to see me (Caucasian) wearing a mask. Particularly when they learn I’m from USA.
Does anyone out there know anything about medical tourism? My dad is desperately in need of a replacement knee, which insurance will cover. But first he has to get dental issues ($14k estimate!) dealt with, which insurance won’t cover. I’m considering flying him to Mexico for dental care. I just left Thailand, where I know he could get things done for a price we can afford, but he can’t handle the flight times to cross the Pacific.
