Looks like WA Health still says "you are encouraged to wear a mask in crowded indoor settings and where social distancing is not possible".
And "Face masks are not mandatory in Western Australia, but they should be worn in crowded indoor spaces and where physical distancing is not possible."
And "be sure to take a mask with you if you are attending a health care or high-risk facility".

Looks like that is the most up-to-date mask policy for WA (last updated 20th June 2023). So I'd have that website bookmarked and ready to show to any medical centre that claims they are following State Government Guidelines when none of their clinicians wear masks.
