Only two more long weekend runs until the #Bay2Bay half marathon.

This was a slow one, breaking in new runners (GT-2000 13 highly recommended).

Got to see the mangroves too.

150 mm overnight here on the NSW Central coast, on top of around 120 mm the last few days. Sadly there is major flooding. This weather is only good for rain gauges

Most un-Australian, that was a third run in a row where I had to stop as an intense rain shower passed through.

Four more #running weekends before the #Bay2Bay half marathon. 10% more each run and I'll just get there.
