Its a 9th generation and doesn't have the USB. We've deleted everything we can and only Minecraft and his mods remain and that takes up the 64GB. We bought him a gaming pc but he has gross & fine motor skill issues and finds it difficult to work a controller. Prefers a touch screen. We'll work on it, but I am never buying an iPad again.

How can iPad's not have expandable storage? My kid has run out by only having Minecraft on it. I am NOT buying another iPad. Sweet cheeses what is the allure of this product so many revere? My Samsung runs out, I just pop in a micro SD.
