Recently cracked egg, in the process of transition and discovering out what kind of hatchling I am. Working through stuff, and using this account to talk about some of it. Nonbinary transfem of some flavour seems to describe where I am now.

Probable ASD-haver, definite mental illness unenjoyer.

Minors DNI, because I don't want to worry about censoring myself while processing things beyond using CWs.

Will doubtless be a chaotic mess for a while, and incredibly self-involved. Sorry.

It's interesting to me that we see a lot of theory about how gender euphoria is a better guiding light for gender transition than dysphoria is, that you should follow your heart to dress how you like and take the hormones if you want them... but I don't know if I've ever seen that related to bottom surgery. Like that seems to be the final holdout of earlier attitudes around transness: you should get bottom surgery if and only if you have genital dysphoria. I dunno, is that just my perception or is that genuinely A Thing?
