Just a litany of recent headlines in the #sfchronicle demonstrating the lengths that #SanFrancisco will go to in order to address the #homelessness crisis by doing literally anything other than providing shelter.

In the wake of #CADMV suspending #Cruise’s license to operate, everyone seems very focused on the fact that the robotaxi dragged the pedestrian 20 feet after stopping—which is certainly horrific—and the company’s initial failure to show the #DMV footage of that part of the incident. But, AGAIN, I have to ask: Why was the Cruise continuing to advance across #MarketStreet (yes along with the human driver who actually first hit the pedestrian) when there was someone in the crosswalk?!
