Not especially surprising that #OPD would not take seriously a series of 14 deliberate attacks on #cyclists within a matter of hours, but nevertheless important to point out this response is not OK: “… #Bicyclist Ellie Mead suffered a serious head injury and was allegedly not allowed by #police to have a case opened for her and instead to ‘call back later,’ according to #EastBayBikeParty.”

At @ebbikeparty last night, there were multiple instances of people being hit intentionally by a car. Whether it was the same driver or not is not clear, but there were separate attacks on Shafter, Colby, and around Lake Merritt.
